Somewhere in the middle of development, we were confronted by a very hard, basic decision: Which will be the right color for the instrument? We had rendered different versions by then - puristic aluminium silver, black, gray, also a warm gray, more golden version. Finally, the black and the silver versions really satisfied all aesthetical considerations. Hermann Gier from SPL gave us the impulse to not build only 20 of one kind, but 20 of each version. This is why we ended up with the two color options to choose from.
